These Terms apply to GG Universe, operated by GeniusGrowthAI for GeniusGrowth Holdings.

- Use the service lawfully and protect your login.
- AI output can be inaccurate and is not professional advice.
- You are responsible for content and agents you publish.
- Do not create illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, privacy-invasive, impersonating, or harmful agents.
- Users can report community agents and block creators. Open safety reports are prioritized within 24 hours.
- Batteries unlock metered digital Live usage. Native purchases use the applicable platform store; web purchases use supported local methods.
- Account deletion is available in Profile. Limited billing, safety, fraud, tax, and legal records may be retained where required.
