These Terms apply to GG Universe, operated by GeniusGrowthAI for GeniusGrowth Holdings.
Using GG Universe
Use the service lawfully, protect your login, and provide accurate account and payment information. AI output can be inaccurate and is not professional advice.
Community agents
You keep responsibility for content you submit and confirm you have the rights needed to publish it. Do not create illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, privacy-invasive, impersonating, or harmful agents. We may review, reject, hide, suspend, or remove content and accounts.
Reports and blocking
Users can report community agents and block creators. We prioritize open safety reports for review within 24 hours. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal.
Batteries and purchases
Batteries unlock metered digital Live usage. Native purchases use the applicable platform store; web purchases use supported local methods. Purchases, refunds, and restorations follow provider rules and applicable law. Creator or affiliate earnings are estimates until validated and are subject to the minimum payout and review shown in the app.
Ownership
GG Universe, its software, first-party agents, branding, and generated service assets are owned by GeniusGrowth Holdings or its licensors. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, moderate, and display content you intentionally submit.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. You can initiate account deletion in Profile. Limited billing, safety, fraud, tax, and legal records may be retained where required.
Availability and changes
Features may change or be unavailable. We may update these Terms with notice appropriate to the change. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance.
