GG Universe Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address, display name, profile photo, Firebase user ID, sign-in provider, and basic account status.
• If you choose phone sign-in or link a phone number, we process the verified number, country code, provider status, and anti-abuse signals. Firebase/Google and telecommunications providers may process SMS delivery data; carrier messaging or data charges may apply.
• App activity, such as selected agents, claimed agents, credit balances, credit ledger events, notifications, session history, and feature usage needed to operate GG Universe.
• Content you provide, such as chat messages, voice transcripts, uploaded images, generated agent drafts, custom agent instructions, and files or media you choose to submit.
• Voice, camera, and microphone inputs when you choose to use live voice or video features. These features require device permission and are used to provide the live AI experience.
• Location is optional and is used only when you explicitly enable location context. Camera frames, microphone audio, transcripts, and saved memory follow the feature controls shown in the app.
• Payment and transaction information needed to process credit top-ups, refunds, fraud checks, tax/accounting records, and support requests. Payment details may be handled by payment providers such as Midtrans or platform stores.
• Native iOS purchases are processed by Apple and native Android purchases by Google Play. The web checkout uses supported Indonesian local payment methods through Midtrans. Store purchase identifiers and receipts are verified by our backend before batteries are granted.
• Technical and diagnostic information, such as device type, app version, browser, operating system, IP-derived region, crash logs, performance logs, abuse-prevention logs, and security events.

How we use information

• To create and secure your account, keep you signed in, verify access, and prevent misuse.
• To run AI agent sessions, live voice, video, notifications, agent claims, agent creation, credit top-ups, transfers, and creator analytics.
• To process payments, provide invoices or receipts, maintain ledgers, calculate entitlements, and answer support or billing questions.
• To improve reliability, safety, content quality, user experience, and abuse detection across GG Universe and related GeniusGrowthAI services.
• To comply with legal, safety, tax, accounting, platform, and regulatory requirements.

AI agents and user-generated content

• GG Universe includes first-party and community-created AI agents. If you create or publish an agent, its public profile, username, portrait, description, pricing, availability, and usage statistics may be visible to other users.
• You are responsible for content you upload, prompts you provide, and agents you publish. We may review, restrict, remove, suspend, or disable agents or content that violate our rules, safety standards, or applicable law.
• Community agents are reviewed before public publication. Users can report an agent and block its creator from the agent menu. Blocking immediately removes that creator's community agents from the reporting user's Browse feed. Open safety reports are prioritized for review within 24 hours.
• AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. GG Universe should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional advice in medical, legal, financial, religious, agricultural, or other high-impact decisions.

Sharing and processors

• We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, including Firebase/Google Cloud, AI model providers, payment providers, hosting, analytics, security, storage, and communication services.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users or the public, to investigate abuse, or during a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Storage, retention, and security

• We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect the platform, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit trails.
• Some records, such as payment, credit ledger, creator commission, entitlement, safety, and compliance records, may be retained longer when required for business, security, legal, or accounting reasons.
• Phone numbers remain linked only while needed for authentication and account security. A verified number cannot be silently moved to another account; suspected duplicate ownership must be resolved through support.
• We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• You can control microphone, camera, notification, and photo permissions through your device or browser settings.
• You can choose what to upload, what agents to claim, what agents to create, and whether to publish a community agent.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, or support by contacting us. Some deletion requests may require identity verification and may not remove records we must keep for legal, safety, billing, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.
• You can initiate permanent account deletion inside Profile. We may require a recent sign-in or a fresh one-time code before deletion. Account deletion removes the Firebase login and anonymizes or deletes personal app data, subject to the limited retention described above.

Children and age-sensitive use

• GG Universe is a general AI agent app. Children should use GG Universe only with appropriate parent, guardian, or school supervision. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete or limit it.

International processing

• Your information may be processed in countries where GeniusGrowthAI, cloud providers, AI providers, payment providers, or other service providers operate. These countries may have data protection rules different from your country.

Changes

• We may update this Privacy Policy as GG Universe changes. If changes are material, we may notify users in the app, by email, or by posting an updated policy on this page.
