You can request deletion of your GG Universe account and associated app data at any time.

## Preferred path

Open GG Universe, sign in, open Profile, choose Delete account permanently, and confirm.

## Email path

Email contact@geniusgrowth.ai from the account email you use for GG Universe, with the subject "GG Universe account deletion request".

Account deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days. Backup copies and operational logs may take up to 90 days to age out. Records needed for tax, payment, accounting, ledger, security, legal, or dispute reasons may be retained as required.
