Delete your GG Universe account

How to request deletion

• Preferred: open GG Universe, sign in, open Profile, choose Delete account permanently, and confirm. For security, the app may ask you to sign in again first.
• Send an email to contact@geniusgrowth.ai from the Google account email you use for GG Universe.
• Use the subject line: GG Universe account deletion request.
• Include your GG Universe account email and whether you want to delete the full account or only specific app data.
• We may reply to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data we delete

• Firebase sign-in account data connected to GG Universe, where deletion is technically and legally available.
• GG Universe profile data, preferences, claimed agents, private access assignments, notifications, and app-visible account state.
• Live session history, transcripts, uploaded media, user memory, custom agent drafts, and community agent data that can be removed without affecting other users' legal rights or platform safety.
• Creator profile data and public agent content you own, unless retention is required for safety, dispute, audit, payment, or legal reasons.

Data we may keep

• Payment, invoice, credit top-up, credit ledger, transfer ledger, creator commission, refund, tax, and accounting records may be retained for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes.
• Security logs, abuse-prevention logs, backend request logs, crash diagnostics, and backup records may remain for a limited period when needed to keep the service safe and reliable.
• Data already processed by third-party providers may be subject to those providers' own retention rules.

Retention timing

Account deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days. Backup copies and operational logs may take up to 90 days to age out. Records needed for tax, payment, accounting, ledger, security, legal, or dispute reasons may be retained for as long as required by law or legitimate business obligations.

Delete some data

You can also ask us to delete certain GG Universe data without deleting your full account. Email contact@geniusgrowth.ai and describe the data you want removed.
